NAGPUR: Finally, city cops met with some success in the numerous house breaking cases reported in recent times. They have nabbed a prime suspect in house breaking case. The man was also was wanted in six similar cases at Sakkardara, Nandanwan and Kotwali police station jurisdictions, and stolen booty totalling up to over Rs 6 lakh.
Accused Mahendra Rangari (19), a resident of Vitthal Nagar, Umred Road, was the prime suspect in all the house breaking cases in north Nagpur.

Police had been in search of him since the last five years. Finally, they succeeded in arresting him from his house on Monday morning.
A source in the police said that they had confirmed his hideouts from confidential sources. Rangari and his colleagues reached the hideout on Monday morning, and were with his family. The cops said that the accused had been involved in burglaries over the past five years. The cops have recovered around 320 grams gold from his house. Cops have expressed the confidence that a lot of information will be gathered once they start interrogating him.
